Scheduling (No 12hr shifts!):

  • PT/FT Weekday shifts 5:30am - 1ish pm
  • PT/FT Saturdays/Sundays/Holiday 6:30-11:00am (hourly is 1.5x on weekends/holidays)
  • FT = 5 shifts per week required (including a weekend rotation)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Attendance is a MUST
  • Administering medication (Methadone/Suboxone/Vivitrol)
  • Delivering medication to patients at partner sites (company vehicle provided)
  • Performing vitals, medical assessments, and blood draws
  • Coordination of care with interdisciplinary team and community partners
  • Abiding by all HIPAA and CFR42 laws
  • Providing a respectful, supportive and non-judgmental environment for patients
  • Other duties as assigned by program supervisors

Qualifications Required:

  • Active and Unblemished UT Registered Nurse License (RNAs & LPNs are also encouraged to apply but should expect a different pay scale)
  • Ability to pass/maintain a BCI Clearance Check
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card
  • Works well in a team w/strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Willingness to learn best practices of care
  • Interest in working with vulnerable populations
  • Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills REQUIRED. G-Suite a plus
  • Project Reality is a Drug Free Workplace
  • Must pass a drug screening test
  • If in recovery, must have at least 2+ years of continuous sobriety
