Summary:

As our diligent Data Records Clerk, you will play an integral role in our organization’s maintenance of company records in accordance with established program procedures. You take pride in providing consistent, high-quality work, and you excel within a structured, independent, routine environment. You will lean into your technical and analytical approach to work as you provide accurate and timely data entry regarding our programs’ families and staff. We are Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership (OWCAP), and we are searching for a detail-oriented Data Records Clerk to support the efforts of our Data & Compliance team.

What you’ll need to be our Data Records Clerk:

• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work   
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work              
• A patient, conscientious, relaxed and cooperative team worker
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in data and record keeping.
• Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

What you’ll do as the Data Records Clerk:

• Provide accurate and timely data entry information regarding program, children, families, and staff.
• Assist in the filing, maintenance, and security of Record Keeping files.
• Verification of records for accuracy and entirety; control access to children and family files.
• Provide guidance on record-keeping systems to applicable staff, as requested.
