Junior Achievement In-Class Program Manager Positions, Southern Salt Lake/Utah County and Salt Lake/Davis County

Education/Training Program/Project Management

Position Concept: Program Managers coordinate JA programs in local schools as they connect volunteers with teachers in local classrooms. Work is completed in the field, spending time in local schools and businesses, as well as in your home office. Program staff also meets biweekly at our main office downtown. 


Qualifications:

·      Applicants should possess strong oral and written skills and be comfortable presenting to groups.

·      Applicants should be detail‐oriented, self‐motivated, and able to articulate program benefits to volunteers and teachers.

·      Display a willingness to go into the community to develop and maintain relationships with local groups and business members. 

·      Should be comfortable working both in teams and self-guided; this position will be working collaboratively as well as independently.

·      Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) 

·      Individual must be able to provide own transportation, as local travel is required.

·      Applicants work an average of 20-25 hours per week; schedule will vary depending on job needs throughout the school year.
