Operations Director
Job Title: Operations Director
Division: Administrative Staff
Pay: $60k-$90k/year ($30-$45/hour) DOE
Hours: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule
Benefits: Medical, dental, & vision insurance; paid time off (accrued)
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Location: Orem, Utah
Work Environment: Hybrid position split between Flourish Therapy’s offices in Orem and home office (including video conference meetings with other staff members)

Primary responsibilities and duties:
• Oversee core administrative operations, including development, finance, human resources, marketing, community engagement, and clinical support systems.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth, staff efficiency, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to ensure operational priorities align with strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
• Direct all operational systems across three Flourish Therapy offices and remote operations.
• Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core operational processes; ensure systems are consistently updated and implemented across departments.
• Manage reporting and compliance with licensing, credentialing, and HIPAA regulations.
• Supervise and support all administrative staff.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant progressive leadership experience (graduate education may be considered to offset a portion of required experience)
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards
• Able to pass criminal background check
Preferred attributes:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, TheraNest, or similar EHR
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace products
• Lived experience with or in the LGBTQ+ community
