Join Our Team as a Youth Development Professional (YDP)!

Salary Range: $15-$17 - DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday Part Time 12:30-6:30 

Location: Tooele Club (Tooele area)

Your Role in Making Magic Happen:

As a YDP, you'll be the architect of unforgettable experiences, guiding daily group activities for youth ages 5-11 or 12-17, ensuring everyone is engaged and having a blast. Your days will be filled with:

  • Dynamic Planning: Craft and execute daily activities that inspire, engage, and empower our members.
  • Heartfelt Connection: Build rapport with youth, offering mentorship, guidance, and leadership development opportunities.
  • Safety First: Ensure the well-being of all members by maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Creativity Unleashed: Plan special events and outings that spark imagination, curiosity, and joy.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver excellence in youth programming.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Passion for Impact: Thrive in high-energy, dynamic environments, and enjoy working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
  • Organizational Ninja: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, always delivering with attention to detail and timeliness.
