Expedition HR is a Utah-based HR advisory firm serving small businesses and nonprofits that don't have an in-house HR function. Since 2018, we've helped founders, operations leaders, and executive directors handle people operations, compliance, and employee relations with confidence. Our subscription model gives you an experienced HR advisor on call, so you get clear, straightforward guidance when a people issue comes up, without the cost of a full-time hire. We also offer HR Basecamp, a program that teaches the foundational pillars of HR, along with leadership training to help your managers lead their teams well.
