Select Health Awards Application Period

Description

The Select Health Awards recognizes organizations in Utah that build strong communities and help those in need. We provide ten winning organizations $5,000 to further their cause. We support organizations that are: 

- Addressing social determinants of health such as access to health care, food security and housing stability 

- Improving mental well-being 

- Improving health outcomes for those with chronic or avoidable conditions 

We will be accepting applications from January 1 to February 28, 2025. Apply at selecthealthawards.org.
