• What is the impact of trauma, and how do I recognize possible trauma reactions? 
• How can I be more effective in working with people with a trauma history? 
• How can I care for myself as I work with people who have experienced trauma?

Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, personally and professionally, cultivates compassion and curiosity about what may be affecting someone's current behavior.
