Join us via zoom to learn about this new program. CDCU is launching a Homebuying Cohort designed for individuals preparing to purchase their first home. This program combines personalized one-on-one housing counseling with workshops led by industry experts. The program will demystify the homebuying process and participants will develop a budget, savings plan, and personalized action steps to reach their goals. Throughout the cohort, all participants will have ongoing support and accountability from their housing coach and fellow classmates. Eligible participants may also qualify for a matched savings opportunity from CDCU to boost their down payment funds!
