Please read through the following information and instructions before submitting. 

2024 Hall of Fame submission deadline is Friday, August 16, 2024. All submissions will be honored—this is not a selective award.

Who should nominate individuals to the 2024 UNA Hall of Fame?

• The UNA Hall of Fame is designed to recognize outstanding staff members. While it is intended for organization leadership and supervisors to recognize employees, anyone can submit a Hall of Fame nomination—you can even nominate yourself if you'd like! Think of it like an employee of the year recognition. 

Who should be nominated for 2024 UNA Hall of Fame recognition?

• Any nonprofit organization part-time or full-time employee. We recommend that you recognize your volunteers, including board members, through the Utah Philanthropy Day Heart and Hands Award.

What does a Hall of Fame recognition include? 

• Hall of Fame honoree's photo and name in a slideshow video promoted on UNA website, social media, and newsletter, and also shown at the 2024 UNA Annual Conference on October 10, 2024 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center*.
• Name/Photo on UNA Hall of Fame webpage
• A certificate and pin from UNA which will be mailed to the nominator

*Please note, a Hall of Fame submission does NOT include conference registration and attendance at the conference is not required. If you would like for your Hall of Fame honoree to attend the conference, registration must be purchased separately.

• Recognition is a way to give back to your team and honor their efforts 
• Honoring your employees fosters a positive organizational culture 
• Recognition helps to increase the visibility of rising leaders 
• It’s an opportunity to celebrate your organizational successes publicly  

How to Submit Your 2024 UNA Hall of Fame honoree:

1. Complete the Hall of Fame registration ($6 per submission—this helps cover our costs and postage).
2. Check your inbox for a confirmation from info@utahnonprofits.org and click the form link to provide your Hall of Fame honoree's details, photo, and a brief description of why this person is special. You’ll need to complete this form by Friday, August 30, 2024 for them to be included in the slideshow and added to our website.
4. There is no limit on the number of Hall of Fame submissions per organization.
5. Only one submission per honoree please—this is not a selective award, all submissions will be honored.
