Meet the Trainer
Adam Conley, MA, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of Transformative HR Support and a Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations navigate the conversations most people would rather avoid.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked alongside nonprofit leaders, executive teams, and frontline managers to address performance concerns, workplace tension, restructuring challenges, and complex employee relations issues. With advanced education in leadership and business, and professional certifications in HR, Adam blends strategy with practicality. His approach is direct, engaging, and refreshingly real. He believes brave conversations don’t require harshness — they require clarity, preparation, and the confidence to lead with both accountability and empathy.

Participants appreciate Adam’s interactive style, real-world examples, and ability to create a space where people can reflect honestly, practice new skills, and even laugh a little while tackling serious workplace challenges.

Because when leaders get better at hard conversations, organizations get stronger.
