DeAnna Busby‑Rast is the Founder and CEO of Authentica Group, an executive coach, trainer, and keynote speaker who helps leaders discover their purpose, clarify their value, and communicate with confidence. With 30 years of experience in financial services across operations, sales, marketing, and corporate communications, she brings a deep understanding of complex business challenges and leadership growth. Through coaching, workshops, and leadership development programs, she guides professionals to align purpose with action and deliver measurable results. Known for her authentic, engaging style, DeAnna speaks at national conferences and facilitates programs on communication, influence, and leadership. Caryn Lee is the founder of Narrative, a consulting firm that partners with clients to improve performance through personality insights, coaching, team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Narrative publishes the Narrative Big Five Assessment, based on the Five Factor Model of personality. A former Associate Partner at Accenture, Caryn spent 15 years leading large strategy and technology initiatives and later ran operations at a company that focused on the Big Five. She launched Narrative in 2015 and specializes in helping leaders use scientifically grounded assessment data to build stronger teams, improve communication, and drive better business results.
