Nature-Based Nonprofit Seeking Board of Directors Member

Wonderbloom, Utah’s first licensed nature-based preschool, is a nonprofit seeking to make learning accessible to young children from the general public. The primary task of this position is to provide strategic guidance for the nonprofit, including compliance with all local and federal laws.

Organization's Mission: At Wonderbloom, our mission is to ensure children have access to inclusive, nature-based education, empower educators to integrate these approaches effectively, advance research in nature-based learning, and advocate for its credibility and support from licensing bodies and officials.

Skills & Talents of Ideal Candidate: We seek individuals from varied backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, have prior experience serving on a Board, be bold about fundraising, and make a three year commitment of service.

Meeting Frequency and Time Commitment: This is a volunteer leadership position requiring attendance at monthly meetings (virtual or in-person), and typically involves 4-5 hours per month.
