Utah Crisis Food Response Home Delivery Volunteers
Utah Crisis Food Response (UCFR) cares deeply about ensuring that our most vulnerable populations have access to food and necessities. We meet this need by matching local food pantries with volunteers to deliver food and supplies directly to the elderly, disabled and others in need.
The process is simple. When you sign up to help deliver food with UCFR you will be sent to a local food pantry to pick up a food order to then be delivered to a client at their home.
There is flexibility in serving as a UCFR volunteer. Choose how many deliveries you would like to make, which day(s) and times work best for you, and from multiple areas in Utah and Salt Lake Counties in which to make deliveries.

Additional Info
Organization Mission : We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit aiming to end local hunger. We partner with food pantries across the Wasatch Front to provide free home delivery of food pantry items. This is especially beneficial for feeding low income families, immigrants, the disabled, the elderly, and those who lack reliable transportation. There are also many individuals who live far away from food pantries or work while food pantries are open. It is our mission to make sure these communities and each individual has sustainable access to high quality food.
