Volunteer Board Member – Make a Lasting Impact on Motherhood in Utah
Are you passionate about strengthening families, supporting mothers, and making a real difference in your community? Momivate is looking for dedicated individuals to join our MotherBoard and help us grow our mission of uplifting and empowering mothers.
About Momivate
Momivate is a Utah-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers through education, resources, and community connections. We believe that when mothers thrive, families and communities flourish.
Board Member Responsibilities
As a MotherBoard Member, you will:
✔ Shape Strategy – Help plan and oversee Momivate’s programs, events, and growth initiatives.
✔ Support Fundraising & Partnerships – Leverage connections to secure resources and financial support.
✔ Provide Financial Oversight – Ensure responsible budgeting and fund management.
✔ Engage with the Community – Act as a “Mombassador” to expand Momivate’s reach and impact.
✔ Commit to Leadership – Attend weekly Zoom board meetings and participate in at least one committee.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ A Utah resident with a passion for motherhood, family support, and nonprofit work.
✅ Someone with skills or experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, finance, marketing, or community engagement.
✅ A team player willing to contribute time, expertise, and connections to further Momivate’s mission.
✅ An advocate for mothers who believes in the power of community-driven change.
Time Commitment & Legalities
📅 Time Commitment: Weekly 1-hour Zoom meetings + additional committee work.
📍 Location: Must reside in Utah.
🔒 Legal Requirements: Board members sign a conflict-of-interest disclosure and adhere to confidentiality policies.
💡 Giving Expectation: A personal annual financial contribution (amount is flexible and can be fundraised).
