Help Us Build the Future of Toast House!

Toast House Feline Foster Foundation is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue based in La Verkin, Utah. We are working toward securing a permanent facility in Southern Utah that will allow us to expand our ability to rescue, foster, provide TNR services, and find homes for cats in our community.

We are looking for a Volunteer Capital Campaign Fundraising Lead to help us turn this vision into reality.

This is a hands-on fundraising and relationship-building opportunity. We need someone who can help identify potential donors, businesses, corporate sponsors, foundations, and community partners — and then reach out, build relationships, arrange meetings, make fundraising asks, and follow up.

We’re looking for someone who can help open doors.

You may have experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, capital campaigns, business development, sales, corporate relations, philanthropy, community outreach, or another relationship-based field.

You don’t have to be a professional fundraiser. If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and asking businesses and individuals to support a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll help with:

• Identify potential major donors and supporters
• Research local businesses and potential corporate sponsors
• Make phone calls and send introductory emails
• Reach out to prospective supporters
• Arrange meetings with potential donors and businesses
• Help present the Toast House mission and building vision
• Develop sponsorship and major-gift opportunities
• Make fundraising requests
• Follow up and cultivate donor relationships
• Help maintain a prospect/contact list
• Help develop and execute our capital campaign strategy

Toast House leadership will provide the mission story, campaign information, accomplishments, financial information, and materials needed to present our case for support. We need someone who can take that story into the community and help us find the people who can make this facility possible.

This is a volunteer position with a flexible schedule. The amount of time you contribute can be discussed based on your availability.

If you have fundraising, sales, business development, nonprofit, marketing, or community networking experience — or simply have the confidence and determination to get out there and ask — we’d love to hear from you.
