Access Coordinator | Tooele
Pay: Range starts at $19.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of relevant experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Job Summary and Deliverables
The Access Coordinator receives and coordinates all incoming referrals to Valley and manages eligibility and program screening, scheduling, and intake and registration documentation. As a community and client-facing role, the Access Coordinator ensures a high level of professionalism, coordination, and efficiency.
- Manages incoming referrals through telephone calls, emails, and other contact types. Gathers required information from referral sources.
- Completes eligibility and program screening with referred clients; schedules intakes and follow-up appointments
- Verifies insurance information and discusses funding options with clients
- Coordinates with program leadership to ensure client eligibility and appropriate clinical fit
- Coordinates with program staff to ensure completion of registration paperwork and any necessary documentation
- Tracks program capacity and intake availability; manages program waitlists as appropriate
