Hours: M-F 1:30pm-6:30pm (no school days or summer hours are 9am-6pm with an hour break)

Rose Park Location (Spence Eccles Boys & Girls Club)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and Empower: Establish rapport with youth and provide engaging and meaningful meal services that foster positive relationships and promote healthy eating habits.
Culinary Excellence: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks daily according to food program requirements, ensuring high quality and adherence to federal regulations.
Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for all.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Passion for Youth Development: Ability to thrive in high-energy, dynamic environments with large groups of youth and teens, prioritizing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with Club Members, peers, parents, and community leaders, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Self-Motivated: Take initiative in both independent and collaborative settings, sharing your unique talents and interests to enrich the lives of youth.

Requirements:

Physical Stamina: Able to maintain physical activity throughout regular work hours, including bending, kneeling, and stretching as needed.
Education and Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong group management skills and a dedication to youth development.
