Clinical Administrative Assistant
- Perform client intakes
- Support scheduling of Mental Health Assessments and completion of needed intake paperwork
- Support scheduling for psychological testing and family therapy appointments
- Support therapists in managing their caseloads
- Perform case management tasks to help clients access services effectively
- Cover the front desk at the Lehi office, answering calls, greeting clients, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Coordinate services with outside resources
- Support the clinical team as needed and effectively communicate family needs and concerns through writing to the Clinical team
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field strongly preferred
- SSW or SSW eligible strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience with young children preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Strong computer skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, set priorities for assignments, meet deadlines, and enthusiastically participate as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player
- Bilingual preferred
