Clinical Health Partnership Manager
UNP is hiring a Clinical Health Partnership Manager! The Clinical Health Partnership Manager will develop, and support community-campus partnerships focused on culturally responsive health and wellness priorities. These partnerships address community identified priorities while simultaneously building the capacity of partners to find long-lasting, sustainable solutions that lead to equitable system change.
This full-time, benefited position supports clinical licensure pathways for early career CSW’s through clinical supervision and direct clinical opportunities with health partners including Hartland Bridge Clinic, Hartland Behavioral Health Clinic and Population Health Center.
