Responsibilities    

Primary responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:

Greeting and directing guests

Scanning tickets and wrist-banding donors

Setting up and take down before and after shows in the Donor area and reserved seats

Assist guests with questions and hospitality needs

Working with volunteers and assisting team members with the smooth and safe operation of the Donor area and entrance gate.


Work will be performed outdoors where temperatures will fluctuate to sometimes extreme levels with chances of precipitation and windy conditions.


Minimum Qualifications    

This is a seasonal, temporary, non-benefited position that can be used for positions six months or less.


Seasonal work generally means work that by its very nature can only be performed during certain times of the year.


Preferences    

Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Exhibits advanced analytical and assessment skills.

Capable of promptly addressing Donor needs and effectively managing unforeseen situations.

Maintains professionalism, proper etiquette, and sound judgment in various circumstances.

Proficient in identifying situations requiring escalation to higher management and taking appropriate action.

The University is a participating employer with Utah Retirement Systems (“URS”).
