Corporate Relations Manager

Fundraising and Development Outreach and Community Engagement

About the Humane Society of Utah:

Founded in 1960, the Humane Society of Utah (HSU) is advancing animal welfare and creating a more compassionate world for animals in Utah and beyond. Every year, we care for more than 7,000 companion animals in need and aid tens of thousands more through programs that help people nurture and protect their pets.

As the largest private nonprofit animal welfare organization in the state, we provide the following programs to benefit Utah communities:

Veterinary clinics that provide affordable and accessible spay/neuter and vaccinations

Shelter, medical care, and adoption of homeless pets

Pet retention support to help families through hardship so they can keep their pets

Transfers from overcrowded shelters to save lives

Pet care and behavioral resources to support harmonious home environments for pets and their families

Foster care for vulnerable animals in need who do not do as well in the shelter

Humane education outreach with animal ambassadors

We welcome any companion animal that can be legally admitted and work to find each animal in our care a loving home. HSU does not euthanize any healthy or adoptable animal in our care and we exceed nationally accepted “no-kill” standards. Our approach is always to find the best, most humane outcome for the animals in our care and to create an environment of respect, responsibility, and compassion through our programs, advocacy and education. People with a passion for animal welfare are at the heart of our organization, and we are currently seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager with a creative and energetic personality to join our development team.
