Mental Healthy F.i.T. (MHF) is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing mental health awareness, education, and connection through creative, accessible, and community-centered programming. MHF supports youth, workplaces, and communities by blending evidence-based mental health education with storytelling, art, film, and experiential learning to reduce stigma and foster meaningful conversation. With an emphasis on inclusion, neurodiversity-affirming approaches, and practical life skills, MHF partners with schools, service providers, and community organizations to deliver engaging programs that help people manage their mindset, build connection, find balance, and talk openly about mental health in ways that feel human, relevant, and empowering.

The summary of duties are listed below,

Job Summary: To assist in creative communication and program elements of the organization as directed strategically and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities: Own schedule to meet deadlines. 15 hours per week with additional as needed and agreed.

· Manage social media presence and communications.

· Create communications collateral. High-level knowledge of graphic packages.

· Manage newsletter outreach.

· Maintain website copy and page development. WordPress and Squarespace.

· Attend events and assist in aspects of production, including build and tear down.

· Grant and Partner application process.

· Pivot as necessary.

· Collaborate with other team members as needed.

· Attend bi weekly touch base virtual meetings with Mental Healthy F.i.T. representatives.

Goals:

· To elevate Mental Healthy as the goto nonprofit for innovative mental health education.

· To ensure content is accurate and engaging.

· To develop awareness for Mental Healthy programs and events.
