Data Support Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the various programs of Guadalupe School by serving as the Program Support Specialist.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Presents a friendly, welcoming, and capable presence at Guadalupe’s Front Desk to all visitors.
- Manage access to the building during school hours in alignment with the School’s security policy.
- Maintain sufficient familiarity with school staff, faculty, and upcoming events to respond accurately to questions from parents, visitors, volunteers, donors and potential donors, and vendors who call or visit the school.
- Answers and responds to telephone and in-person inquiries from students, staff, parents, and the public.
- Assists in registering incoming students and processing enrollment materials; completes data input on computer; coordinates services and information with sending/receiving schools and district offices; completes procedures for students with withdrawing from the school.
- Assists in maintaining accurate student information in school software.
- Assists with front office and data procedures, as well as data entry and data tracking.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, in both speaking and writing and capable of translating English language documents accurately to Spanish, and vice versa.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, online softwares, or related software.
