Fundraising and Development

The Part-time Development Coordinator plays a central role in the fundraising effort for Utah Food Bank's Mobile School Pantry program. This includes staying informed about the funding status for approximately 70 school sites, and submitting funding applications. In addition to these responsibilities, the Development Coordinator will conduct research, assist with larger grant applications, and provide gift acknowledgement as needed. They will record all interactions with donors in our CRM, Raiser's Edge NXT. Responsibilities include assisting with other development areas, such as events, gift processing, and other areas of focus within the Development Department. To succeed in this role, applicants will need strong computer/software skills, including proficiency in OneDrive, database entry, Excel, Google Docs, and MS Office (including Mail merge feature)
