Utah Community Action seeks an experienced Development Director to lead fundraising efforts that support impactful programs across Utah. This leadership role oversees fundraising strategy, donor relations, grant development, and community partnerships to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization's mission.
The ideal candidate has nonprofit fundraising experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and expertise in grant writing, donor stewardship, public speaking, event planning, and team management. A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree and strategic planning experience are preferred.
This position supervises the Development Team, works closely with agency leadership and community stakeholders, and requires occasional local travel. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and meet all background, health, and compliance requirements.
