The Director of Operations serves as the organization’s senior operational leader and a key strategic partner to the Executive Director. This role ensures that Tabitha’s Way’s programs, systems, and people operate effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission. The Director of Operations will oversee multi-site pantry operations, financial systems, human resources, compliance, and infrastructure, ensuring that our organization continues to operate with excellence as we expand our impact.
