Join the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Respite Care Team

Are you a dedicated childcare professional looking to make a meaningful difference in your community? The EFMP Respite Care Program is seeking compassionate and qualified individuals to provide specialized respite care for Air Force families stationed at Hill Air Force Base who have children with special needs.


What You’ll Do:

Offer high-quality, individualized care for children with special needs in military families

Work one-on-one with families in a supportive and impactful role

Help provide parents with well-deserved breaks through your professional care


Preferred Backgrounds:

We welcome professionals and students in the following fields:

Child Development

School-Age Care

Special Education

Occupational Therapy

Related fields with experience working with children with special needs


Requirements:

Completed background screenings

Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Training in Medication Administration, SIDS, and Child Abuse and Neglect
