Executive Director
The Ogden Valley Adaptive (OVA) Executive Director leads a dynamic team of staff and volunteers as they remove barriers for people with disabilities through life-changing outdoor sports and recreation opportunities. The role involves strategic leadership, fundraising, community engagement, and direct involvement in coaching and program development. Dedicated staff and volunteers are the core to OVA’s success. With a current staff of four full-time and over 20 seasonal professional employees, OVA provides over 750 winter adaptive ski and snowboard encounters and over 750 “warm weather” outdoor recreation encounters. OVA’s prime partner is Snowbasin Resort, America’s #1 rated ski resort and future home of the 2034 Paralympic and Olympic Winter Games. It is located in Ogden, Utah.
