Fundraising Coordinator
Nuzzles & Co (“Nuzzles”), located in Park City, Utah, seeks a fundraising coordinator to play a key role in advancing Nuzzles & Co’s lifesaving mission by supporting all aspects of its fundraising operations. This role supports both the operational and creative sides of development work, ensuring donors stay engaged and informed.
Nuzzles & Co is a no-kill rescue and adoption organization that saves dogs and cats most at-risk of homelessness and euthanasia and readies them for adoption into loving homes. Since 1990, Nuzzles has placed nearly 30,000 animals and provided proactive community support through spay/neuter services and other health services via its low-cost Community Clinic.

The fundraising coordinator will also support creative donor stewardship efforts, ensuring that supporters feel engaged, appreciated, and connected to the impact of their giving.
The ideal candidate is independent, highly organized, and creative, with the ability to balance data management and storytelling. This position offers the opportunity to contribute both behind the scenes—through database and operational oversight—and in outward-facing communications that inspire donor support. For candidates based in the local Park City area, the role may also include light administrative support for on-site fundraising and community engagement activities. [If applicable] Occasional evening or weekend support for events may be required.
