Library Operations & Protection Services Supervisor

We are seeking a candidate who is eager to help lead a department with a highly successful service record at the University of Utah. As one of the Operations & Protection Services (OPS) Supervisors, you will assist our patrons with circulation of collections, reference and referral assistance, and provide a safe, secure environment in the library. The supervisor needs to have an interest in developing skills in supervision/leadership, operations management, public administration, customer relations, and interpersonal communication. We will provide you with training on our systems, policies, and procedures if you bring a commitment to making library services easily accessible, a readiness to communicate clearly and respectfully, and a willingness to present a positive image of the library and campus in each interaction.
