Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time)

Family Counseling Service of Northern Utah is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services to individuals and families throughout Weber, Davis, and Box Elder counties, with a special focus on underserved communities.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of their ability to pay. Our team is committed to compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

This is a part-time position (10–15 hours per week) with the opportunity for additional hours as our practice continues to grow. Compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Current Utah licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Provide couples and family therapy as appropriate
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to support high-quality client care
