Membership Coordinator (Midvale)
Title: Membership Coordinator
Reports to: Club Director
Salary Range: $16-17/hr+ DOE
Location: Midvale Boys & Girls Club, 7631 Chapel St, Midvale, UT 84047
Hours and Schedule: 25 hours/week M-F 1:30-6:30pm, with potential for more summer hours
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our organization. If you're passionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
In order to best serve this community, fluent Spanish speaking is a requirement.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
- Field inquiries from parents and families, assist with youth registration and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service
- Help coordinate member events and meetings
- Organize office supplies and handle payments
- Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Needed Knowledge:
- Some front desk, office, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to handle personal information with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone, in person, and over email
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a lively, energetic environment
Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking fluency
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- 21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans
Job Preferences:
- 2 years of office experience
- 1 year of experience working with youth
