Wasatch Immigration Project (WIP), a Park City non-profit providing high-quality, pro bono immigration legal services, with a focus on clients living in the Wasatch Back, is hiring a full-time Office Manager to help us better reach our mission to provide accessible legal advice, representation, and education to individuals and families in the greater Wasatch Back community who are navigating the immigration system, so that they can make informed decisions, pursue legal protections, and seek stable futures.


Job Description: Candidates must be capable of assisting WIP with:

- Administrative and Office Operations, including streamlining and managing daily office operations, maintaining organization files, and responding to phone calls;

- Bookkeeping Support, including processing invoices and receipts;

- Human Resources and Compliance, including maintaining employee, intern and volunteer files, processing payroll, and assisting with onboarding for new employees and volunteers;

- Board Support, including organizing meeting logistics and materials;

- Technology & Systems, including managing subscriptions and system access; and

- Program Assistance, including managing waitlist and client intake


Job Details:

- Full-time, exempt, and salaried.

- Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, based on experience.

- Position is primarily office-based.

- Benefits include PTO for vacation and health care leave; 13 paid holidays; health insurance; and a commitment to professional development.


Required Job Qualifications:

- Articulable interest in WIP’s mission.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Strong people, oral communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Facility with relevant software and systems or equivalent, e.g., Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Quickbooks, Paychex, Docketwise, and Canva.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Able to work some late afternoons/early evenings and occasional weekend days, with the option of flexing time as needed.

- Enthusiastic about and committed to working with people from diverse cultural, educational, professional, and socioeconomic backgrounds, with an articulable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Willing to submit to a full criminal background check.


Desired Job Qualifications:

- Preference for candidates who have previously worked directly with community members navigating the immigration system and/or refugee populations.

- Preference for experience working with people who have experienced harm (including survivors of domestic violence) and/or with child dependency issues.
