Part-Time Nonprofit Program & Administrative Coordinator

Single Moms Mindset Development is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping single mothers strengthen their lives, develop greater confidence and self-reliance, set and accomplish meaningful goals, and create brighter futures for themselves and their children.

We’re looking for an exceptional, organized and caring person who would love to use their talents to help us grow that mission.

This isn’t simply an administrative position. You’ll have the opportunity to help organize programs, coordinate volunteers and events, communicate with participants, and help more single moms receive the support and encouragement they need to move forward in their lives.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary from week to week and may include:

Organizing and coordinating our Single Moms Mastermind groups

Communicating with single moms, coaches, volunteers and community contacts

Recruiting, coordinating and following up with volunteers

Helping plan and organize events and special projects

Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars and records

Tracking incoming donations and outgoing expenses

Preparing emails, documents, spreadsheets and other communications

Tracking assignments and following up to make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks

Helping identify ways we can improve and expand our programs

General administrative support as needed

Who We’re Looking For

The right person will be:

Exceptionally organized and dependable

A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative

Warm, positive and comfortable communicating with people

Excellent at following through on commitments and details

Comfortable making phone calls and reaching out to new people

Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once

Comfortable with common computer programs and online tools

Interested in nonprofit/community service and genuinely excited about helping single mothers succeed

Previous administrative, nonprofit, volunteer coordination, event planning or program-management experience is helpful, but character, initiative, organizational ability and a genuine connection with our mission are especially important to us.

Schedule & Location

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10–20 hours per week, although hours may vary depending on programs and upcoming events.

Most work can be completed from home with flexibility in scheduling. However, applicants should live in or near Utah County and be available for occasional in-person meetings and events.

The position includes a weekly planning/check-in meeting with organizational leadership to review priorities, assignments, progress and upcoming needs.

Compensation

$25 per hour

Why This Position Is Different

For the right person, this is an opportunity to do much more than administrative work. You’ll become an important part of a nonprofit whose purpose is to help single mothers recognize their potential, strengthen their families and create lasting change in their lives.

If you’re someone who loves organizing people and projects—and you’d like those talents to make a meaningful difference—we’d love to hear from you.
