The right candidate will bring a deep knowledge of campaign mechanics, an ability to plan over multiple cycles, an understanding of organizing, and the interpersonal skills to align partners around a shared vision. • Identify programmatic gaps and opportunities, and work with partners to design and implement coordinated statewide voter education and political programs
• Align and manage relationships with candidates, vendors, consultants, and strategic partners
• Assess and analyze active election plans and candidate campaigns, making data-informed recommendations to strengthen outcomes
• Develop a program budget and support fundraising efforts, including cultivating relationships with state and national funders
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Utah and nationally to ensure the network is represented in relevant coalitions and positioned as a leader in the field

• Collaborative leadership style with an engaging, inclusive, and equitable approach to facilitation and decision-making
• Demonstrated commitment to racial and economic justice
• Experience navigating c4/IE program compliance preferred
