ClubAbility Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of our community STEM programs. This role requires comfort with data management, graphic design tools, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program schedules, logistics, and community events
- Create visual content and promotional materials (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Manage data, reports, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and communications
- Support outreach to families and community partners
- Track attendance, outcomes, and program metrics
