Lucky Ones Coffee is seeking an energetic, motivated, and empathetic Program Development Manager to oversee our training programs, daily operations, and staff development while ensuring a supportive space for neurodiverse adults to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Lead hiring, training, and ongoing support for baristas and management staff.
- Develop and implement skill-building programs tailored to neurodiverse team members.
- Assist with scheduling for baristas and management team.
- Manage ordering and inventory to ensure seamless café operations.
- Collaborate with baristas and families to create individualized skill growth plans.
- Bring fresh ideas for program development and skill diversification.
- Foster a culture of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm among staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree or relevant work experience in restaurant management, customer service, or special education.
- Passion for empowering neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Self-starter with an innovative mindset, eager to take ownership of the role.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Compensation: $18 - $22/hour, based on experience
- Benefits: 4 weeks of paid leave, 401K match
