Education/Training Outreach and Community Engagement Volunteer Opportunities

Nightingale Foundation seeks Utah-based volunteers to serve on the Utah Economic Nursing Fund Scholarship Review Committee! Volunteers serve each semester by reviewing applications that Nightingale College nursing students submit for scholarship funding. Time commitment is 5-10 hours, per semester (three semesters). 


Qualifications include: 

  • Commitment to health and health equity in the state of Utah.
  • Interest in increasing access and opportunities for nursing students at Nightingale College
  • Willingness to volunteer to score applications and provide input. 
  • Ability to read applicant responses and score according to a pre-set rubric.
