Vendor and Sponsor Recruitment for Upcoming Mothering Convention
Momivate is a young nonprofit that has several programs to make motherhood easier and more enjoyable, so that women will choose motherhood while feeling well-supported; then their children can benefit from happily engaged mothers.
One major event, our Mothering Convention, is coming up on October 10th, and we need someone to help us find vendors and sponsors!
We can only offer $10 per hour at this time, for up to ten hours per week -- you would be an independent contractor, setting your own schedule. However, as income starts coming in from your efforts, we are willing and happy to renegotiate.
We have contact info for many companies that might be interested in supporting our cause, though you will still be making first contact with many of them (cold-calling).
We need you to be enthusiastic, self-driven, and have personal investment in our cause so that your passion comes through organically and motivates these companies to join our efforts by funding our programs!
We already have our tiered sponsorship program defined, with canva materials created and ready to print and distribute either tangibly or digitally.

We would love for you to have a background in sales but we also welcome applicants who might not have experience but who are genuinely excited to build their skills. It is critical that you have a "fearless" attitude, though still be polite, of course! We also need you to have good organizational skills so you can keep track of what you've done and report to us consistently.
