Volunteer & Program Sustainability AmeriCorps VISTA

Overview:
Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in the community through education and
digital inclusion? We are seeking a dedicated AmeriCorps VISTA member to join our team as a
Volunteer and Program Sustainability Coordinator. In this role, you will help build sustainable
systems for volunteer engagement, program delivery, and outreach to ensure the long-term
success of our Digital Inclusion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Program Enhancement & Outreach: Improve inventory tracking to monitor donors,
recipients, and success stories; oversee data collection to enhance decision-making;
lead outreach and storytelling efforts via social media; develop strategies for partner
engagement events.
● Grant Writing & Resource Development: Research and apply for at least three
relevant grants; develop a grant calendar for tracking deadlines; collaborate with
supervisors on grant proposals; evaluate funding impact and refine future strategies.
● Community Partnerships & Digital Inclusion Initiatives: Coordinate the Digital
Inclusion Coalition with Provo City and partners; plan and execute Digital Inclusion Week
events; work with corporate partners to provide technology and internet access for
underserved communities.
Qualifications:
● Valid Utah Driver’s License and access to personal vehicle for use during working hours.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software applications
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
● Experience in community outreach, education, or nonprofit work is a plus
● Passion for digital inclusion and community engagement
● Spanish language skills is a plus

● Monthly living allowance- $2,051 per month

Work Schedule: The typical work schedule will be 8:30am-5:00pm.This is a full-time 40
hrs./week position based at our office in Provo, UT. However, working hours may vary and may
include occasional night or weekend hours.
