Who We Are Looking for and What You Will Do as a USANA Warehouse Operations Lead – USANA Foundation

 

We are looking for an experienced, and creative individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Lead. This role is responsible for the management of goods from receiving to the point of distribution, as well as maintaining warehouse facilities to appropriate standards. This full-time position is primarily in our USANA Foundation facility but will include some off-site work.

  • Accept deliveries at the Main warehouse dock or building entrance. Transport deliveries between warehouses by way of loading on/off our box truck
  • Operate Foundation box truck, drive to offsite locations for backpack deliveries, events, or food pickup
  • Unload, sort pallets of mixed products, and inventory product deliveries
  • Oversee processing by preparing the movement of food products from cases/packaging and placing them into bins
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of processed food on the pack line and on back stock racks located adjacent to the pack line
  • Lead public packing events by restocking the pack line and filling gaylords with food bags during scheduled shifts, including occasional evening events (2–3 times per month)
  • Assist with large offsite events by preparing food deliveries to event locations, setting up packing areas, supporting packing operations, and managing teardown and inventory pack-out

What You Will Need

 

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate pallet jacks to move loads of 1,000+ lbs, including loading and unloading trucks via liftgates
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift, and/or straddle-stacker experience preferred
  • Ability to drive a 26’ box truck
  • Good organization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
