Intentional Messaging: A Tactical Approach to Content

Intentional Messaging: A Tactical Approach to Content

Thursday, June 4, 2026 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Make your marketing work for you!

If you’re part of a small organization, or you’re the person who somehow became the marketing team of one, this training is built for you. Instead of scrambling to keep up with emails, social posts, and website updates, you’ll learn how to create a clear messaging strategy that guides everything you publish.

You’ll explore how to define your organization’s goals, translate them into focused messaging priorities, and choose tactics that make your content more cohesive across every channel. We’ll also break down how to take one big piece of content and repurpose it into smaller, platform‑ready pieces to help stretch your efforts without stretching your time.

By the end, you’ll have a practical structure for planning a full month of content at once, so you can batch tasks, stay consistent, and ensure every post, email, or update supports your larger goals.

What You'll Learn

  • A clear framework for defining your organization’s messaging priorities
  • A method for turning long‑form content into multiple social‑ready pieces
  • A monthly content‑planning structure you can reuse again and again
  • Tips and tools for batching tasks to save time and reduce overwhelm
  • A more cohesive, goal‑driven approach to email, website, and social content
