About the Speaker:

Jason Krause is a seasoned corporate lawyer who specializes in mergers and acquisitions of privately held companies.  He spent 18 years in private practice for large international law firms, most recently as a partner in the Private Equity M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Salt Lake City office, and has since moved to an in-house role as M&A Counsel for Foundation Building Materials, a private equity-owned company based in Santa Ana, CA.  Jason received a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.  Jason devotes his pro bono legal practice to representing non-profit entities and currently also serves on the board of directors of Tiny Tim’s Foundation for Kids.
