Thursday, July 31, 2025 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Fundraising is the engine that powers your cause and can't be left to chance. With so many competing priorities, it’s easy for your strategy to slip through the cracks. Join us to take a macro look at your fundraising program to uncover what’s working and zero in on the most impactful, actionable strategies and opportunities.

Are you...

  • Struggling to build or see what's next for your fundraising program?
  • Unclear on what's working and where you can improve in your fundraising?
  • Overwhelmed by where to focus your fundraising efforts?
If this is resonating with you, join us! We'll use a specially developed fundraising matrix to systematically identify your program's fundraising strengths and weaknesses, and create an action plan unique to your needs and goals. This course is designed to help you focus on what works and where you can strategically grow your program—whether your organization is a start-up or mature nonprofit.

What You Will Learn:
  • Learn about the donor cycle and how you can use it to strategically build your fundraising plan.
  • Zero in on your overall fundraising program or a particular aspect such as the annual fund.
  • Identify how to work smarter, not harder for the gifts that will sustain and grow your nonprofit's effectiveness.
Who Should Attend:
Nonprofit leaders and staff with fundraising duties, including but not limited to, executive directors, senior management staff, program directors, development directors and development staff, and other key team members at nonprofit organizations.
