Every mission-driven leader starts with a spark. But how do you identify what truly fuels you and bring that energy into your work?

In this opening session, you will explore the internal drivers that shape motivation, career alignment, and personal purpose. When leaders understand what energizes them, they show up with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact. 

Adam Conley, Founder of Transformative HR Support, will help participants develop practical approaches for showing up with greater intention in the workplace. Guest speaker Deanna Busby‑Rast, founder of Authentica Group and experienced career coach, will lead a session on discovering and aligning personal passion with meaningful work.
